Let's Hear It For The Boy I heard this song today that is just the perfect example of 80's music. "Let's Hear It For The Boy" by Denice Williams. It is like the perfect example of what 80's hit songs were, and especially those songs that were on movie soundtracks. Every component of 80's music is there, all in one song. I wish I could remember the title of the film that the song was on...it was Kevin Bacon, in a town where dancing isn't allowed, and I must be getting Alzheimer's because I can't remember the film's name.
