funny tv stuff There's these ads on tv for a birth control patch called OrthoEvra and the ads say something like, "It's not hard to remember to take a pill every day...it's just easier to forget." I think I'd rather take a pill every day than wear a patch stuck on my skin. Doesn't that seem like more of an inconvenience? I wonder if these patches are popular. Maybe it really is hard for a lot of women to remember to take a pill every day. Doesn't seem that tough to me. Totally different subject, but also something I think is weird/funny, is this terrorist guy they arrested last week in Pakistan, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed: The first pictures we saw of him, he's got his turban and his neatly trimmed beard, and looks like a pretty respectable terrorist-type, right? But then they released the picture of him as he was being apprehended...  Doesn't he look almost exactly like the guy who played Cyndi Lauper's dad in the "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" video?  Total trailer park guy, in his dirty white t-shirt with all that nasty body hair. Cracks me up. Still along the lines of this guy, here is the wanted poster of him from the FBI website. Check out, too, this parody of the same thing, this one showing some great "disguises" that he used. I like the "euro-trash" one. Miss These?
